The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time unified title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly happening.
